We act as a professional partner on any side of the transaction. Our goal is not just to "find a client", but to conduct a deal on the most favorable terms for you.
1. For Owners (Sale): We will package the property, create an investment teaser and offer it to our closed investor base. We will justify the price with profitability figures to sell at a premium.
2. For Landlords (Lease): We minimize vacancy. We will find a reliable chain tenant or large company, check their solvency and agree on a long-term contract that protects your interests.
3. For Investors and Buyers: We will select a property for your needs: from an office for headquarters to a ready rental business. Often we offer exclusive lots (Off-market) that are not on public listing boards.
4. For Tenants (Business): We will select an office, warehouse or retail point according to your specifications free of charge. We know the real market rates in Bishkek and will help negotiate discounts or rent holidays for renovation.
